|| High Commissioner visits Pakistan Pavilion at Bangladesh AI Business Summit 2026Diplomatic Correspondent: Dhaka is talking about Artificial Intelligence this week, and Pakistan has come to join the conversation.Imran Haider, High Commissioner of Pakistan in Dhaka, today visited the Pakistan Pavilion at the Bangladesh AI Business Summit 2026 at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center (BCFCC) in Dhaka. The summit is jointly organised by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Bangladesh and the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI).The Pakistan Pavilion has become one of the centres of attraction at the summit. It is showcasing advanced AI solutions, enterprise tech products and digital innovations by leading Pakistani tech companies. From smart business software to new digital tools that can help factories, banks, schools and hospitals work faster and better, the pavilion is showing how AI is no longer just a dream for the future. It is already changing everyday life.During his visit, High Commissioner Imran Haider went around the pavilion, talked with the representatives of Pakistani companies and saw their innovations closely.Diplomatic observers say such visits are more than just formalities. When two neighbouring countries meet at a technology summit, it opens the door for business, investment, jobs and joint work. For Bangladesh, AI means new opportunities for young people, startups and small businesses. For Pakistan, the summit is a chance to show its growing tech industry to Bangladeshi buyers, investors and partners. For ordinary people, the message is simple: technology can make life easier. It can help a farmer get weather information on his phone, a student learn in a new way, a shopkeeper manage his business better, and a doctor reach a patient faster. The Bangladesh AI Business Summit 2026 has brought together government officials, business leaders, tech experts and young innovators under one roof. The presence of the Pakistan Pavilion shows that in the world of AI, progress grows faster when countries work together. As the summit continues, many hope this visit will lead to more cooperation between Bangladesh and Pakistan, not only in diplomacy, but also in business, technology and the future economy.
