In addition to the houseful gifts, customers also have opportunities to receive overseas travel packages, cashback and other guaranteed attractive rewards.Beyond promotional activities, Walton's digital campaign is also part of its broader effort to improve customer service through technology. The company is developing a digital customer database to make after-sales services faster and more efficient. Under the system, detailed customer information is stored on Walton's own servers, allowing customers to receive services from any Walton service centre across the country, even if they lose their physical warranty cards. The company says its digital campaigns are designed partly to encourage customers to participate in this registration process, helping establish a comprehensive customer database while making warranty and after-sales services more accessible.Reema's experience illustrates how digital registration-based promotional campaigns can combine customer engagement, brand promotion and technology-driven service delivery in Bangladesh's increasingly competitive consumer electronics market.
