Business Correspondent: A 15-member business delegation from the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, led by Senior Vice President Muhammad Raza, wrapped up a three-day visit to Dhaka aimed at boosting bilateral trade between Pakistan and Bangladesh.The delegation, in Dhaka from May 2 to 4, represented key sectors including agriculture, building materials, automotive, and textiles.During the visit, the team held interactive sessions with the Export Promotion Bureau, the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry.Pakistan High Commissioner to Bangladesh Imran Haider met the delegation and stressed the need to build business-to-business linkages leveraging each country’s competitive advantages. He urged members to work toward enhancing bilateral trade and identifying new avenues of cooperation.The visit was facilitated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad; Public Diplomacy Pakistan; the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan; KCCI; and FBCCI.
