Press Release: With a focus on business expansion and sustainable growth, IFIC Bank organized the “Uposhakha Business Conference 2026 – Khulna Region,” bringing together representatives from all uposhakhasacross the Khulna region. The day-long conference was held on Saturday (April 11, 2026) at an auditorium in Khulna city.The event was graced by the Honorable Chairman of the Bank, Mr.Md. Mehmood Husain, as the Chief Guest. Also present at the event were the Managing Director, Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa; Chief of Branch Business & Head of Operations, Mr. Helal Ahmed; and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Dilip Kumar Mandal. In addition, the Regional Head of Khulna, Mr. Md. Iftekhar Ahmed, along with officials from all uposhakhas of the Khulna region, attended the conference.In his speech, Mr. Md. Furthermore, Mr. Dilip Kumar Mandal, Chief Financial Officer, presented detailed business plans for the Khulna region. During the conference, 18 uposhakhas were specially recognized for their outstanding contributions to deposit mobilization, loan disbursement and recovery, and operational profitability. The conference concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session.
