Press Release: The 405thmeeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 25th February 2026 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank.The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. Mohammed Younus. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed&Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman,the Directors Mr. Md. SanaullahShahid, Mr. Abdul Barek, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. KhandakerShakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman,Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Mr. Fakir Maniruzzaman, Mr. Abdul Hakim, the Independent Directors Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Mr. Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.
