Khaled Ahmed, Pabna: The 48th founding anniversary of the Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Mahila Dal (BNP’s women’s wing) was observed in Pabna on Wednesday through a series of programmes, including a colourful procession and a discussion meeting.
The day’s programme began in the morning at the Pabna District BNP office with the hoisting of the national and party flags.

A rendition of the song “Ma Go Ma Amar Khaleda Zia” also drew attention from city residents and created an emotional atmosphere along the procession route.
After the procession, a brief discussion meeting was held, where Pabna District Mahila Dal President Purnima Islam and Organising Secretary Farhana Akter Naz addressed the gathering.
The programme was organised under the overall leadership of Purnima Islam. Joint General Secretary Nasrin Parvin Mukti, Pabna Municipality Mahila Dal President Farzana Yasmin, General Secretary Brishti Khatun, women’s leader Sohana Shyuli and other leaders and activists extended their cooperation in making the anniversary programmes a success.
