Pakistan education expo held at University of Rajshahi to promote higher education ties

Rajshahi Bureau Office: The Pakistan Education Expo was organized on Thursday at the University of Rajshahi by the Pakistan High Commission in Bangladesh under the Pakistan–Bangladesh Knowledge Corridor initiative.

The event drew enthusiastic participation from students eager to explore higher education opportunities, fully funded scholarships, and academic programmes offered by leading universities in Pakistan.

Pro Vice-Chancellor of the University of Rajshahi, Professor Dr. Muhammad Main Uddin, welcomed the delegates and lauded the initiative for strengthening academic cooperation and educational linkages between Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Deputy High Commissioner of Pakistan high Commission in Dhaka Mohammad Wasif, Vice Chancellor of North Bengal International University, Professor Dr. Muhammad Sayedur Rahman, along with distinguished members of academia, journalists, and a large number of students also attended the Expo.

Representatives from 20 leading Pakistani universities participated, providing guidance to students on admissions, scholarships, research opportunities, and the range of academic programmes available in Pakistan.

The Expo was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad, and the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan as part of efforts to expand educational collaboration between the two countries.
