The 43rd Annual General Meeting of National Bank PLC was held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at a convention center in Dhaka. The meeting was presided over by Professor Dr. Melita Mehjabeen, Chairman of the Bank.Also present at the meeting were Tabith Awal, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Director; Muklesur Rahman, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Independent Director; Md. Akhter Hossain, Independent Director; Imran Ahmed, Acting Managing Director; Deputy Managing Directors; and esteemed shareholders of the Bank.During the meeting, the financial statements for the year 2025, the appointment of auditors, and other scheduled agenda items were approved.
