Press Release: Meghna Life Insurance PLC has declared a 15% cash dividend for its shareholders based on the company's financial performance for the year 2025.The decision was approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors after reviewing and adopting the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.The company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 20 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to seek shareholders' approval of the proposed cash dividend. The record date for determining shareholders' entitlement to attend the AGM and receive the declared dividend has been fixed for 23 July 2026.
